Will.i.Aint, relative of the Black Eyed Pea-er Will.I.Am, ditches his American routes, hip-hop, his famous older brother and heads to the UK to make jump up rollers for the world renound Zombie Recordings. And for this we and happy, and you should be do, you won't be disappointed. In all seriousness though Will.I.Aint is no stranger to world of Drum and Bass, but you might know him from sets at the legendary Movement as DJ Target, or from plays from both Fabio & Grooverider on Radio 1 and Crissy Criss on 1Xtra as Critical Impact, or maybe you met him down the pub and he's just Will. However you know him, or if this is all new to you, this is a man whose production you'll be hearing a lot more of in the months to come. 'No Crimes' is a raga jungle influenced jump up smasher. With old skool dubplate samples a plenty this one is all about the switches - a twisting, turning and morphing bassline ensures that you never quite know what's gonna hit you next! 'The Hidden' is a much darker, harder slice of jungle influenced D&B. With frantic amen drums an Egyptian influenced intro and deep rib shaking sub base, this is a classic jungle tear out brought right up to date in fine style.
