Another release, another continent as the Grid family continues to grow - we welcome SFR to the fold, all the way from Cape Town, South Africa. This producer has been working away on his beats for a few years now, and with releases already on the legendary Trouble on Vinyl, he comes highly recommended. Fitting straight into the Zombie ethos of serious dance floor action SFR delivers the goods infine style. Confi'don starts off with a dancehall tinged intro and a huge rolling kick and snare. The intro filters out to make way for a big lfo bassline which twists and turns with naughty old skool jungle effects weaving in and out of the mix. On Visions SFR hooks up with Hyphen and takes the dancehall flavours, and builds a floaty roller around it. In complete contrast to the urgency and dancefloor mania of Confi'don, Visions is one to kick back and let wash over you. Tough warm breaks combine with echoed vocal and reggae stabs.
